Having worked in marketing and communications for both small and large companies, he loves to take on a challenge, especially the tough ones. Brandon is a creative thinker—not just in terms of clever taglines—but in his approach to problem-solving.

A passion for client success... that's what drives Matt every day. After all, when the client is having success, the agency is having success. Matt has almost 20 years of successful management and client relations experience in the marketing industry. Sounds nice, huh? But what that means for you is that Matt has made a career of ensuring his clients see the success mentioned above.
Josh Weingart
Digital Strategy
Josh wears the badge of "data nerd" proudly. He geeks out to a solid digital strategy that utilizes the most advanced digital tools to move users through the sales funnel. He works within all of the major platforms to make that happen. Digging into the data to make the strategy as effective as possible is his idea of a good time. It's all in the name of growing our clients' business!
Kayley Kirgan
Graphic Designer
You know what they say, “choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Fortunately for Kayley, she found just that with Moss. She enjoys the relaxed atmosphere and having fun with coworkers, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t know how to work hard—she still grinds out projects like emails, social media ads, brochures, and whatever else you need with a creative touch.
Nathan Goodman
Developer
Nathan loves to "build things". Ask him and he'll tell you. Whether that's a system that make projects move seamlessly, or beautiful and functional websites, Nathan is at his best when he's enabling things to work smoothly. That's what makes his dual role as project manager and developer so rewarding. Nathan also spends a lot of time in the gym, so he's also office security when the doggos are napping.
Chris Khoury

Chris is a true digital native. When pen and paper was allocated to him on his first day, he banished them back to the supply closet. Chris has an eye for good content and the strategic mind to make that content do the hard work that is so valuable to our clients. He understands the platforms that resonate and how to leverage them to produce results!
Natalie Scalero
Project Manager
Not only is Natalie a people person, but she loves to organize. She enables her coworkers to have a system of getting things done while galvanizing them to get after it. Natalie is built to communicate, manage, and have all the fun while in the office.
Gibby
Chief Barketing Officer
A friend to everyone she meets, and an all around good girl, Gibby will make sure to greet you upon your arrival at the office. She's an expert in strategies that separate you from your lunch. Gibby has a passion for scratches behind the ears and enjoys doing business over a two Milk Bone lunch. In her free time, she enjoys long runs in the dog park and sleeping in bed right between her mom and dad.
Stella
Director of Barketing
Stella is the newest addition to Moss, LLC, and as the Director of Barketing, she brings a fresh perspective to our advertising strategies. Stella's primary responsibilities include overseeing our social media presence, reviewing ad campaigns, and providing insight into the consumer mindset. Stella's keen sense of smell and exceptional hearing make her an excellent judge of character and a valuable addition to our brainstorming sessions. Her friendly demeanor and contagious energy boost morale and inspire creativity.
